What we collect

When you contact us through this site we receive the details you choose to share: your name, email address, company, website, and the message or project details you write. If you apply to join the team, we also receive what you tell us about your work and any portfolio or LinkedIn link you share. We use these solely to respond to you, consider your application where relevant, and manage any resulting work together.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Resend, an email delivery service that handles them on our behalf and for no other purpose. We don't share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Who we are

Really Exciting Digital is the trading name of Really Exciting Digital Studio Ltd (company number 17115533), and is the data controller for any information submitted through this site.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't run advertising trackers or analytics on this site.

Retention and rights

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to work together, then delete it. Under UK GDPR you can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to anthony@redagencylondon.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe we've mishandled your data.
